A working meeting was held in the Administration of Engels Municipal District devoted to the issues of implementation and connection to utilities of the production facilities planned to be built. This meeting was initiated by Saratov SpinPolimer OOO together with the Advanced Research Foundation.
The Development Corporation supported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the region continues the provision of support to an investment project implemented in Saratov region. On November 17, 2020 a Decree of the Region Governor was signed with regard to the compliance of the investment project with the major criteria and provision of a land plot for lease to a legal entity with no tendering process. This will allow accelerating the terms of project implementation and reducing the current costs by the project initiators.
During the working meeting, an agreement for land plot lease was concluded between the Administration of Engels Municipal District and Saratov SpinPolimer OOO, the project initiator. The next step of implementation of the investment project will consist in receiving a construction permit scheduled for 2021. Let us remind you that more than 50 workplaces are planned to be created in the framework of implementation of the investment project.
Information for reference: Once the project is commenced, it will be competitive from the point of view of prices and special characteristics with foreign filtering materials based on glass fibre in the respiratory protection equipment production sector; filtering materials in the field of production of industrial filters for gas turbine plants and dust cleaning and filtering materials based on microfibers for respirators and HEPA filters.

The Development Corporation held a joint meeting with the authors of the ‘Optimal in Saratov’ project: Olga Deusheva, manager and Olga Gaidukova, project manager, in order to discuss the plan for the new project implementation
The Corporation will act as an expert and provide the required information and advisory support in the course of developing of standards (selection criteria) for representatives of the business community of Saratov region, including in the course of generation of educational products. This is the first step in the implementation of this idea aiming at ensuring social and economic development of the region.
‘Optimal in Saratov’ project provides for provision of an eco-environment, aiming at increasing the business efficiency and reducing costs by means of relocation of the departments of the company.
‘Optimal in Saratov’ project participates in the ‘Strong Ideas for the New Times’ Forum organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. The idea was presented during the regional stage of the Forum.

A working meeting with representatives of Nauchno-Proizvodstvennoye Obyedineniye Natsionalniye Tekhnologicheskiye Sistemy y Kompleksy OOO was held at the regional Development Corporation. The project initiators and the Development Corporation discussed further mutual actions aiming at successful implementation of the investment project including plans for receiving state support.
NPO Tekhnokompleks OOO is planning to implement an investment project for series production of block-modular stations for potable and waste water cleaning and stage reverse osmosis in Petrovsk Priority Social and Economic Development Area. The company will be engaged in a wide range of operations: from project preparation to installation works including pre-commissioning works.
Earlier, the Corporation assisted in organization of a visit to Petrovsk town to show a number of free investment sites to the project initiators. As a result of the visit, representatives of NPO Tekhnokompleks OOO selected AMO ZIL Petrovskiy Zavod Avtozapchastey as an investment site to be leased.
Currently specialists of NPO Tekhnokompleks OOO are preparing the documents required to be included in the register of resident of Petrovsk Priority Social and Economic Development Area. The next step will consist in receiving a float funds loan in the Russian Federation Mono-Industry Towns Fund in order to proceed with the arrangement of the production process.

On January 22, a working meeting among Alexander Marchenko, Head of the Development Corporation and representatives of RVM Kapital investment group was held in the Development Corporation - Felix Blinov, Director General, Evgeniy Alekseyev, Direct Investments Department Head and Alexey Muraviyov, Head of the Funds Assets Management Group.
During the meeting, representatives of RVM Kapital shared the experience of RVM Group in implementation of investment projects and talked about the possibilities of cooperation with the company. Following the results of the discussion, RVM Kapital will prepare a list of directions for investment projects that can be implemented by the Group in Saratov region. The Development Corporation, in its turn, showed its wilingness to collaborate actively with RVM Kapital and provide assistance in implementation of such projects.

The Development Corporation is open for cooperation with the purpose of attracting and provision of integral support to large investment projects in the region’, says Alexander Marchenko, Head of the Development Corporation.
